We organized the first Vascular Immunology Symposium in Amsterdam! Bridging talks from Experimental Medicine, Clinical Research to Hemodynamics simulations, Mechano biology and Biophysics - we aimed to have a broad discussion revolving around the topic of how the vasculature and immune response are intertwined.
Additionally, we had Paul Kubes as our Spinoza Speaker inspiring us with three talks in 3 subsequent days about in vivo imageing to see the immune system in real time!
It was a fantastic exchang and we can’t wait for the second round of such meetings!
